Terms and conditions
The booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (equal to 30% of the total cost), the deposit must be paid via bank transfer following the telephone confirmation of the requested service. Terms and conditions

The remaining balance is to be settled via bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice for the service provided. In case of cancellation or no-show by the passengers without prior notice al least 48 hours before the scheduled service, a 30% deposit will be retained as a penality. In case of cancellation by the charter company, due to force majeure caused by adverse weather conditions, immediate notification will be provided and, where possible, an alternative solution will be offered by rescheduling the service to the next available date. Alternatively, the passenger may choose to be refunded the full amount paid without any penality.
Passengers are required to inform the Skipper of any food allergies at least three days prior to boarding.
